Solvexa VPN provides VPN connectivity on Android. This notice explains the information involved in using that connection, requesting assistance and exercising privacy choices.
During VPN use
Android VpnService enables the app's VPN connection once you authorize it through the system prompt. Network traffic, IP addresses and connection state are processed to set up the connection, route traffic and keep it working. You control whether to continue the connection and can revoke VPN authorization in Android settings.
When assistance is requested
Support uses the information you voluntarily include in a message to review your concern, respond and help resolve it. Include relevant details rather than unnecessary personal information. Privacy and support questions can be directed to the developer contact listed in Solvexa VPN's app store listing.
Other parties involved
Providers responsible for infrastructure or support may process information relevant to delivering those services. Applicable law may also require disclosure of information, including in response to a legally binding request.
Retention, protection and requests
Information is kept according to its purpose, operational needs and applicable legal obligations. Reasonable protective measures are used, but no method of transmission or storage offers absolute security. Where applicable law provides such rights, you may ask to access, correct or delete information, or object to its processing. Submit requests through the app store developer contact; legal requirements may affect how a request is fulfilled.
