Connection authorization
Solvexa VPN uses Android VpnService to provide its VPN connection. Android requests your authorization before enabling it. You may end a connection, withdraw VPN authorization through Android settings or discontinue use of the app whenever you choose.
Your responsibilities
Follow applicable laws and respect privacy, intellectual property and other rights. Do not use the service for unlawful distribution, fraud, harassment, malicious software, unauthorized access or attacks on networks. External services have their own terms, which remain your responsibility.
Availability
Network conditions, your device and maintenance may affect the service. Uninterrupted operation, particular performance levels and access to specific content are not promised.
Addressing misuse
We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to respond to a material breach, security concerns or legal obligations. Restrictions will be proportionate. Where practical and legally permitted, an explanation and an opportunity to address the issue will be provided.
Information and legal rights
The Privacy Policy describes information handling and privacy choices. To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from service use is excluded. Nothing in these terms limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
